Our hotel is located conveniently close to Ullanlinna. Early during our walk, we passed this street corner.
We’d had a robust and filling breakfast at the hotel, so for lunch we just got a korvapuusti (Finnish cinnamon roll) and a take-out coffee, which we had at a nearby park.
After this snack, we walked in northern direction, and near Kapteeninpuistikko (Captain’s Park), we saw this vintage Willys Jeep Station Wagon.
A little further on, lots of elegant houses along Korkeavuorenkatu.
Some beautifully decorated shop entrances as well.
As a kind of funny and interesting detail, I came across quite a variety of “Please don’t let your dog do its business here” signs on our walk; here is a small selection.

Later on, we also visited Johanneksenkirkko (St. John’s Church; see link below this post) and the Design Museum. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and our sentiment is best summarized by this graffiti we found in the area:
