Called Dai-Fudōmyōō (大不動明王) in Japanese, this statue has a sword in its right hand, a rope in its left, and flames leaping up behind. One eye looks upward while the other looks downward, and the mouth is closed, but with one tooth pointing upward and one pointing downward. This depiction symbolizes an all-seeing power.

Nanzoin is home to a famous Reclining Buddha Statue that is said to be the biggest bronze statue in the world.
